An Update to Our COVID-19 Protocols
We’re excited that we’re now able to offer our full menu of wellness services once again!
That said, to protect you, your pets, and our staff, we’re still operating on a curbside model. We’re also following meticulous cleaning protocols and social distancing guidelines to maximize safety and minimize person-to-person contact.
When you arrive at our clinic, simply call reception at 503-446-2450 and a member of our staff will come and get your pet. We’ll discuss a treatment plan and associated costs over the phone. Following diagnosis and treatment, your pet will be returned to you.
You can also order food, medications, supplies, and supplements from our clinic for curbside pickup or our online pharmacy for shipping right to your door.
Because we’re still working through a large backlog of appointments, there might still be a bit of a wait involved when scheduling nonessential visits like anal gland expressions and nail trims. We apologize for any inconvenience and, as always, thank you for your continued patience and cooperation!
