A Message From the Roseway Veterinary Hospital Team:
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]First, we just wanted to thank you all for bearing with us during this difficult time. We appreciate your patience with our COVID-19 protocols more than we can say. Your cooperation is making it possible for us to remain open and serve our community when it needs us most.
A surge in appointment requests has kept our team very busy over the past several months, and we’re afraid that that has resulted in a backlog in scheduling.
We’re booking regular wellness exams out almost three weeks, and elective surgical procedure slots are full into December. To make sure we can accommodate our current clients, we are booking out new clients about six weeks.
We’re sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this situation might cause you and your furry families. Please don’t hesitate to call us at 503-446-2450 with any questions or concerns or if you need to book a visit for your pet. Our staff will make every attempt to get you in as soon as possible.
Thank you again for your understanding and for continuing to entrust your pets to our care. We are grateful for every kiss, every cuddle, every chance we have to make your animal companions comfortable, healthy, and happy.
Sincerely,
Dr. Davis and the entire Roseway Veterinary Hospital team[/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
Because COVID-19 is still a threat in our community, we’re continuing to operate on a curbside model. What does that mean to you and your pets?
- When you arrive at our clinic, please call reception at 503-446-2450 to let us know you’re here.
- A member of our team will come and get your pet.
- We’ll then discuss a treatment plan and associated costs over the phone.
- Following diagnosis and treatment, your pet will be returned to you.
You can also order food, medications, supplies, and supplements from our hospital for curbside pickup or our online pharmacy for shipping right to your door.
Because we’re still working through a large backlog of appointments, there will still be a wait involved when scheduling nonessential visits like anal gland expressions and nail trims. We apologize for any inconvenience and, as always, thank you for your continued patience and cooperation![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
